Craig Stone

Dr. Craig A. Stone Dr., Director and President
Craig is Senior Project Manager of Delegata. He has worked extensively with the federal government as a contractor, advisor, and as a member of U.S. delegations to international bodies, largely in support of U.S. and international nuclear data programs. Craig has an expertise in nuclear, environmental, and analytical chemistry; in applying software technologies to challenging data problems; in organizational development; and in corporate and special district governance.

Anne McNutt JoAnn M. McNutt, Ph.D., Vice President
JoAnn is a Senior Associate at Oliver Wyman – Delta Organization & Leadership. JoAnn works with boards of directors, CEOs, and senior executives on developing effective strategies for managing organizational change, enhancing board and governance effectiveness, and driving team performance. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Family Services Agency of San Francisco, the largest private nonsectarian human services provider in San Francisco.
David Nygren Dr. David Nygren Dr., Director and Board Chair
David is founder of Nygren Consulting, LLC, a consulting firm that specializes in working with directors and executives on matters of board effectiveness, leadership excellence, and organizational strategy. Prior to establishing his own firm, David was a Senior Partner at Mercer Delta Consulting, LLC where he was a founding leader of the Corporate Governance consulting practice. He is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of BoardSource, formerly the National Association of Non Profit Boards, and is a member of the Board of Directors of Larkin Street Youth Services in San Francisco. He advises public companies, health systems, foundations and universities.
Diane Miller Diane Miller, Director and Treasurer
Diane is President of Wilcox Miller & Nelson, an executive search and consulting firm in Sacramento. She is a Director for Umpqua Holdings Corporation, a $7 Billion financial services holding company serving California, Oregon and Washington, and for whom she Vice-Chairs the Compensation Committee. Diane also serves on the Board of the California Chamber of Commerce.
Claire McAuliffe Claire McAuliffe, Director and Board Secretary
Claire is a Partner of Hodge/Niederer/Cariani. She is a member of the Firm's Board of Directors Search Practice. Other areas of focus are financial services, professional services, and the not-for-profit sector. Claire is currently on the Board of the Bay Area Council, the United Way of the Bay Area and M Squared Consulting, Inc. Prior Board service includes the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce, the Financial Women's Association of San Francisco, Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Marin, and John F. Kennedy University (emeritus).
Jeff Hodge Jeff Hodge, Director
Jeff is a Partner and President of Hodge/Niederer/Cariani. He has spent over twenty-five years with leading executive search firms. His executive search practice focuses on Chief Executive Officer assignments and Corporate Directors. In addition to his general management and Director search work, he has conducted assignments for senior managers in charge of most functional areas.
Dennis Johnson Dennis Johnson, Director
Dennis is currently a Senior Portfolio Manger in the Corporate Governance office of the California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS). He is responsible for the day-to-day management of all corporate governance activities within CalPERS. Dennis has twenty five years of experience in the investment management industry. He is a member of the CFA Institute.
Richard Koppes Richard H. Koppes, Director
Richard is the former Deputy Executive Officer and General Counsel of the California Public Employees Retirement System. He is currently Of Counsel to the international law firm of Jones Day, serves as Co-Director of the Executive Education Programs at Stanford Law School, and does private consulting for corporations. He is the founder, past president and current administrative officer of the National Association of Public Pension Attorneys (NAPPA) and serves on the Board of IRRC.
James Pouliot James R. Pouliot, Director
James R. Pouliot is Chief Executive Officer of AAA Northern California, Nevada and Utah, which provides automotive, travel and membership products and services to more than four million members. In addition, Pouliot is CEO of the California State Automobile Association Inter-Insurance Bureau (Bureau). The Bureau writes automobile and homeowners Insurance for AAA members In 17 states. Pouliot is the former President and COO of the Consumer Division of Royal & SunAlliance USA. Pouliot serves on the Board of Directors for AAA’s national association, serving on the board’s Executive Committee, Merger Committee and as chair of the Strategic Investment Committee. Pouliot also serves on the board of the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety.
